These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the GEHNA OFFICIAL website and your purchase of the AI Product Photography Prompt Bible (the "Product"). The website and Product are provided by GEHNA IMITATION JEWELLERY AND BANGLE STORES AND COSMETICS, operating as GEHNA OFFICIAL ("we", "us", "our").

By accessing the website or completing a purchase, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not purchase or use the Product.

1. The Product

  • The Product is a digital PDF ebook containing AI product photography prompts and related guidance.
  • This is a digital product. No physical book or item will be shipped.
  • The Product is not a course, consultation or photography service.

2. Price and payment

  • The current price of the Product is ₹999 (Indian Rupees), payable as a one-time payment. The price shown at checkout at the time of purchase applies.
  • Payments are processed securely through Razorpay, a third-party payment gateway. By paying, you also agree to Razorpay's applicable terms.
  • An order is confirmed only after successful payment is received. We may change the price of the Product at any time; changes do not affect orders already paid for.

3. Delivery

  • The Product is delivered digitally after successful payment, to the email address and/or phone number you provide at checkout.
  • Please make sure your contact details are correct. We are not responsible for non-delivery caused by incorrect details entered by you.
  • If you have not received the Product after a successful payment, please check your spam/promotions folder and then contact us with your payment reference.

4. Licence and permitted use

On successful payment, you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to download and use the Product for your own use, including using the prompts to create images of your own products and for your own business.

You may not:

  • Share, forward, upload, resell, rent, sublicense or distribute the PDF or any part of it, free or paid.
  • Copy, reproduce or republish the prompts, text or pages in bulk — for example as your own ebook, course, template pack, prompt library, website or social-media series.
  • Remove or alter any copyright notice, branding or identifying marks in the Product.
  • Share your download link or file with people who have not purchased the Product.

Each purchase is for one buyer. Teams or organisations wishing to share the Product internally should contact us first.

5. Intellectual property

The Product, including its text, prompts, structure, design, cover and branding, and all content on this website, is the intellectual property of GEHNA OFFICIAL and is protected under applicable copyright and intellectual-property laws. Purchasing the Product does not transfer ownership of any intellectual property to you. Any unauthorised use may result in termination of your licence and legal action.

6. AI tools and results

  • The Product contains prompts for use with third-party AI image tools. We do not own, operate or control these tools, and their availability, features, pricing and output may change.
  • AI-generated results vary and may alter product details. You are responsible for checking every generated image against your real product before publishing or using it commercially.
  • You are responsible for complying with the terms of any AI tool you use, and for ensuring that images you publish are accurate and lawful.
  • We do not guarantee any specific result, sales, revenue or business outcome from using the Product.

7. Refunds and cancellations

Refunds and cancellations are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

8. Limitation of liability

The Product is provided "as is" for informational and creative use. To the maximum extent permitted by law, GEHNA OFFICIAL is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of the Product or any AI tool. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Product will not exceed the amount you paid for it.

9. Privacy

How we collect and use your information is described in our Privacy Policy.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Product will be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the time of your purchase applies to that purchase.
