Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy applies to purchases of the AI Product Photography Prompt Bible (the "Product") from GEHNA IMITATION JEWELLERY AND BANGLE STORES AND COSMETICS, operating as GEHNA OFFICIAL.

Digital product — no physical shipping

The Product is a digital PDF ebook delivered electronically after successful payment. No physical item is shipped, so no shipping charges, tracking or returns of physical goods apply.

1. General policy

Because the Product is a digital file that can be accessed and kept immediately once delivered, all sales are final once the Product has been delivered. We do not offer refunds for change of mind, accidental purchase, or because the Product did not meet personal expectations. Please review the product description and page previews carefully before buying.

2. When a refund may be issued

We will review refund requests in the following situations:

  • Duplicate payment — you were charged more than once for the same order.
  • Payment deducted but Product not delivered — your payment was successful, but you did not receive the Product and we are unable to deliver it after you contact us.
  • Defective file — the PDF you received is corrupted or cannot be opened, and we are unable to provide a working replacement.

In the case of a delivery problem or defective file, our first step will be to resend the Product or provide a working copy.

3. How to request a refund

Email support@gehnasale.com or WhatsApp +91 97003 60179 within 7 days of your payment, with:

  • Your name, and the email address and phone number used at checkout
  • Your Razorpay payment ID or order reference
  • A short description of the issue (and a screenshot, if relevant)

4. Refund processing

Approved refunds are processed through Razorpay to the original payment method used for the purchase. Once initiated, the amount usually reflects within 5–7 working days, depending on your bank or payment provider. We will confirm by email when a refund has been initiated.

If a refund is issued, your licence to use the Product ends and you must delete all copies of the PDF.

5. Cancellations

Because the Product is delivered digitally after successful payment, orders cannot be cancelled once payment is complete and the Product has been delivered. If a payment fails or is left incomplete, no order is created; any amount debited for a failed transaction is normally reversed automatically by your bank or Razorpay.
